I am here to help you with your healing. Whether you are just beginning to face certain traumas, anxieties or depression, starting on a journey of self-discovery, or you are moving through 4D and 5D ascension, navigating & learning higher spiritual realms, I am here to help and hold you.

I am a psychic medium and spirit channel. My Guides and highest Self can help you connect to your Guides and highest Self and find blockages in your life which are affecting your life experience, health, career, and anything else with which you're struggling.

Release limiting beliefs, integrate shadow, heal your inner child & find gratitude ✨
This session is a little under half an hour, and will give you some insight and methods into revealing & releasing limiting beliefs which are affecting your life, while embracing & bringing home your shadow-self. It is an inner child meditative journey, and includes a practice of allowing yourself to be seen, and a practice of embodying gratitude.
Calming meditation
This 14 minute guided meditation will help you release any heaviness, anxiety, distress, or emotional pain. It will help you get back in your body and calm and centre yourself. It includes some breathing, a yoga nidra meditation & a visualisation meditation.
